Shipping & Delivery Policy

Destinations
CarTronics ships eligible products within the United States and to Canada. Product, carrier, and destination restrictions may apply.
Rates and Options
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Canadian orders currently use a $30 flat shipping rate. A product-specific free-shipping offer applies only when shown on that product or in the cart and does not override other disclosed charges.
Processing and Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates shown at checkout or in an order confirmation are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may be delayed by inventory availability, address verification, payment review, weather, carrier disruptions, customs, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Addresses and Changes
Customers are responsible for accurate and complete billing, shipping, email, and telephone information. Contact CarTronics promptly if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins and may charge additional carrier or reshipment costs resulting from an incorrect address.
Tracking and Split Shipments
When available, tracking information is sent to the email address associated with the order. Items may ship separately and may arrive on different dates.
Canada
Canadian customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and government fees not collected at checkout. Customs processing may affect delivery timing.
Damage, Loss, and Incorrect Shipments
Inspect deliveries promptly. If a package arrives damaged, an item is missing, or the wrong product is received, retain the product and packaging and contact CarTronics as soon as reasonably possible with the order number and photographs when requested. We will assist with applicable carrier claims or corrections.
Store Pickup
Pickup availability and instructions are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Bring the requested order information and identification when applicable, and wait for pickup confirmation before traveling to the store.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by the CarTronics Return & Refund Policy.
