These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through cartronics.audio. “CarTronics,” “we,” and “us” refer to CarTronics.
1. Orders and Payment
Product listings, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm or fulfill it. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount. Customers are responsible for accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and for applicable taxes and fees.
2. Products and Installation
We try to describe products accurately, but colors, dimensions, compatibility, and packaging may vary. Review manufacturer specifications and confirm compatibility before ordering. Automotive electronics and accessories should be installed and used according to manufacturer instructions and applicable laws. Professional installation is recommended when appropriate. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation.
3. Installation Services and Estimates
Installation time, scope, and cost may vary by vehicle, equipment, condition, and requested work. CarTronics generally prefers to inspect the vehicle in store before providing a final installation quote. We may install customer-provided equipment at our normal labor rate. Products purchased from CarTronics may qualify for a preferred-customer labor rate. Any warranty or service commitment is subject to the applicable written policy and invoice.
4. Shipping and Pickup
Available shipping and pickup options are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Canadian customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or government fees not collected at checkout. 5. Returns and Warranties
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. For products purchased from CarTronics, we facilitate applicable manufacturer warranty service and guarantee our workmanship for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty, subject to the terms on our Warranty page and the manufacturer's coverage. Unless a product listing states otherwise, no additional product warranty is provided. Plain Ole Cup has no product warranty, without limiting non-waivable rights or its applicable 30-day return policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with website security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, misuse forms, scrape or reproduce content without permission, or use the site in a way that infringes the rights of CarTronics or others.
7. Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, photographs, product copy, and graphics are owned by or licensed to CarTronics and may not be copied or commercially used without permission. Third-party product and company names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.
8. Third-Party Services
The website may link to financing providers, manufacturers, maps, social-media services, and other third parties. Their products, services, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by them. A link does not constitute endorsement unless expressly stated.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. CarTronics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Tennessee law, except that applicable consumer-protection rights in a customer's place of residence remain available where required.
11. Changes and Contact
